What is the difference between a standard and a custom site?

Standard sites use a proven layout we tailor with your logo, colours, words and photos, so they are quicker and cheaper. A custom site is designed from scratch and can include anything you need built, so we quote for it after a short call.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Your domain, your content and your design are yours. If you ever leave, you get everything you need to take it elsewhere.

How does payment work?

Once we agree a quote, you pay a 50% deposit through a secure payment link to start, and the rest at launch. Monthly plans are billed by card and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

What does the AI assistant actually do?

It answers common questions using your own information (prices, services, hours, areas you cover), takes enquiries and booking requests, and sends anything it can't handle straight to you.

I already have a website. Can you redesign it?

Of course. We'll keep what's working, move your content across and make sure you don't lose your place on Google.

Do you only work with businesses nearby?

We work with independent businesses anywhere in the UK. Everything can be done over a call, though we're always happy to pop in for a coffee if you're local.
